Right before Christmas I found this little candy cane stand idea on Pinterest and I thought I would give it a try. I wanted to create the perfect addition to our Christmas table and at the same time, I could share it with you.
This is how my candy cane place card holder turned out.
Isn’t it lovely? If you like it and wish to make it to decorate your table, follow the steps that I have provided below.
I believe that a “calendar” is the most important tool when it comes to organizing. And what could be better than free printable version of it.
Even though there is plenty of printable calendars online, it looks like mine 2015, vertical version of it, was very popular among you guys so I have decided to make another one for this upcoming year.
Once again I kept it in black and white tones so it will be easy on the printer ink.
If you’re looking for a pretty but simple printable calendar for 2016 then this one is for you!

During Christmas preparations and deep cleaning I found a perfect place for beautiful rose bouquet that I have made and wrote about in October post: Turn those colorful maple leaves into a rose bouquet.
Would you agree that they look stunning surrounded by books?
My heart is filled with joy today and I would like to share with you, my friends, the reason why.
Probably you know already that one of the MiniOwls Inc.’s biggest goal, besides creating beautiful & organized places is giving back to the community by donating a percentage of profit to great causes. One of the foundations that we support is Breast Cancer Foundation, to which we are donating percentage of profits on MiniOwls Large Storage Hammock & MiniOwls XLarge Storage Hammock
As a mom of two boys, I was asked to write this post to help others find that Amazing gift for a little boy.
We all know that every boy is unique and each day will be filled with new adventures. One day our little ‘Big Heroes’ are into Dinosaurs, and other days into Pokémon’s, Lego, or Transformers. Some boys have preferences choosing only blue toys, and other boys like neon green. Some days are all about puzzles, where other days, boys will let their imaginations go free working on crafts, or building Lego cities.
When choosing the right gift for all ages, take into consideration safety by checking the box for the appropriate age. Consider other children at home and their interests. The educational value of the toy and its cost point is important too. Ask for a gift receipt if giving the toy as a gift. Generally, when choosing a toy, try to think of the ways it can engage them and develop their skills.
